Mohammed Hariri is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oger Telecom Limited. He also serves as the Chairman of Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş, TTNET and Avea İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in Turkey. Hariri is also the Vice Chairman-Finance & Investment- of Saudi Oger Limited and has been a member of the Company's management for over 30 years. He is the Chairman of Ojer Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., Oger Telecom Ltd., Cell C, GrupMed International Holding Ltd., Group Med S.A.L. (Holding), Bank Med S.A.L. and its subsidiaries in Beirut and Geneva, Saudi Med Investment Company and Al Mal Investment Holding. He is a Board Member of Arab Bank plc-Jordan and serves on the Boards of Directors of various companies of the Saudi Oger Group, including 3C Telecommunications (PTY) Ltd in South Africa, Oger International S.A. and Entreprise de Travaux Internationaux (ETI) in France. Hariri is a Member of the Board of Directors of Associations des Banques du Liban. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank PWM Middle East and Africa. Elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Türk Telekom in November 2005, Hariri served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee between June 2008 and April 2009, and has been serving as the Chairman of the Board since April 2008, as the Chairman of the Executive Committee since April 2009 and as a Member of Corporate Governance Committee since October 17, 2012.
Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan was born in İstanbul in 1977. He received his Bachelor degree from the Electronics Engineering Department of Istanbul University Faculty of Engineering; Faculty of Law of Bahçeşehir University and Diplomatic Studies of Oxford University – St Antony’s School. He completed his Master’s Degree at Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Communications Engineering Department of Technical University of Munich and at Biomedical Engineering Department of İstanbul University Institute of Science and Technology. He also received his PhD on Biomedical Engineering at the İstanbul University Institute of Science and Technology. Starting his career in İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 1995, Mr. Sayan worked in private companies in Turkey, Germany and USA in the fields of chip manufacturing, cell phone design and R&D after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree. He carried out studies in entrepreneurship by working under the initiative of Silicon Valley and he gave lectures on Information Law and New Trends in Informatics in many universities in Turkey and Germany. Ömer Fatih Sayan has given many lectures in conferences about research subjects and he has many articles published in scientific journals. He carried out his duty as Advisor to the Prime Minister and Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister between the years of 2007 and 2014. He has worked as Information and Communications Technologies Authority (ICTA) Chairman from June 2015 to July 2018. He has been assigned as the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure on July 21, 2018. He is married and father of 2. He speaks English, German and French.
Selim Dursun was born in İstanbul in 1957. He was graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of Istanbul Yıldız Technical University in 1980. He worked in the private sector as Mechanical Engineer and served in executive positions between the years of 1980-2002. He served as Advisor to Minister in the Ministry of Transport between 2003-2005, as Executive Assistant of Ministry of Transport between 2005-2011, as General Manager and Chairman in TÜDEMSAŞ between 2011-2012 and as Advisor to the Minister in Ministry of Transport between the years of 2012-2015. He was elected as a Member of Parliament from Sivas province in the 25th and 26th Parliaments of Turkey. In the same period, he worked as the Chair of Peru Friendship Group of Parliament of the Republic of Turkey. He carried out various social activities in Non-Governmental Organizations as chairman, manager and member. He served as a Board Member of the Taekwondo Federation between 2004-2007, as the Chairman of Transportation Sports Club Association between 2006-2015 and as the president of Sivas Demirspor Club between the years of 2011-2012. He has been working as the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey since July 2018. He is married and father of 4.

Sefer Turan was born in 1964 in Kahramanmaraş-Afşin. He completed primary school and secondary school in Afşin and graduated from Afşin High School in 1978. He went abroad in 1980 for educational purposes and he studied at El Ezher University, Faculty of Theology. He began working as Journalist in Arab Republic of Egypt Radio for Turkish broadcastings in 1985. He closely monitored developments in the Middle East and monitored the political and economic developments in the Arab World. He began working as Foreign News Director on Kanal 7 in 1997, and presented “East-West” programme on Ülke TV. He was appointed to TRT as TRT Arabic Coordinator on 13.04.2009. He was appointed as Advisor to Prime Minister on 11.04.2011 and as Senior Advisor to President on 02.09.2014. Mr Turan who still continues to serve in this position, has following publications; Kudüs: Tarihin Kalbi (2004), Coğrafyalar Gezdi Yüreğim (2006), Allah’a Ismarladık Kudüs (2006) and Bilimler Tarihçisi: Fuat Sezgin (2010). Sefer Turan is married with 3 children.
İbrahim Eren graduated from Boğaziçi University International Relations and Political Science department. During early stages of his career he worked for different companies in cultural and art areas, and he later undertook producer roles for many programmes including national and international documentaries, animations and advertisements in media production sector.
İbrahim Eren started to work for ATV, under the Turkuvaz Medya Group in 2008. After he worked as ATV England representative, starting from 2010 he first carried the role of ATV Europe General Manager and then ATV Assistant General Manager.
Eren, who has master degree from Westminster University Media Management in London served as Deputy General Manager of Turkish Radio and Television (TRT) starting from July 2013, and has been appointed as general manager of the institution on July 2017.
He serves as chairman of Joint Industry Committee for television industry TİAK A.Ş. and director of International Emmy.
İbrahim Eren is married with 3 children
After earning his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Abdullah Tivnikli completed an MBA at the same university. Following an invitation by the public authority involved in participation banking to develop the legal infrastructure for Turkey's participation banking model in Turkey, he actively took part in the establishment of Albaraka Türk Participation Bank. He has been a Member and subsequently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank since 1989. He is presently Executive Director of Eksim Group. Tivnikli has been serving as a Board Member of Türk Telekom and Member of the Executive Committee. Tivnikli is also a Board Member at Türk Telekom Group companies, TTNET and Avea, and he is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Argela, AssisTT, Innova and Sebit.

In 2005 he was appointed as CEO of Mapco, a subsidiary of Turkcell. Between 2005-2009 he served as Chief Value Added Services Officer at Turkcell. He served as Global Mobile Payments Director, Global Data and Communication Services Director and Global Consumer Products Director at Vodafone Headquarters, London between 2009-2013. Serdar serves as Chief Consumer Officer of Saudi Telecom Company since 2013 and serves as a member in boards of Avea İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., Contact Centers Company and SALE Advanced Co. Ltd.
Kanafani is a Member of Türk Telekom’s Board of Directors and Chief Adviser to the Chairman. Kanafani is a board member of Oger Telecom and he serves on the Boards of Türk Telekom Group’s technology companies, namely Argela, Innova and Sebit and is the Vice-Chairman of Türk Telekom International Group. Before that he was the Group CEO of Türk Telekom; and previously Chief Business Development and Synergy Officer for Oger Telecom. Mazen Abou Chakra serves as Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Oger Telecom Limited, and acts as the Chief Legal Officer and Deputy CEO of Oger Telecom Limited. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of 3C Telecommunications PTY Limited and Cell C (Pty) Limited in South Africa and Assist Rehberlik ve Müşteri Hizmetleri A.Ş. in Turkey and member of Supervisory Board of Turk Telekom International Group. Mr. Abou Chakra began his career as a trainee at the law firm of DePardieu Brocas & Maffei in Paris before moving to the law firm of Shearman & Sterling (Paris Office). Prior to joining Oger Telecom, he served as an associate at Nabil Abdel-Malek Law Offices in Beirut. Mr. Abou Chakra is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association and holds a degree (Maitrise) in Law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and a Masters in International Business Law from Paris I-Sorbonne University in Paris.
Mr. Al Nasser has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and vast experience in the telecommunications sector. Throughout his career, which started in the late 1990’s, Mr. Al Nasser played an active role in STC GSM network expansions across the Kingdom. He then worked during the period between 2003-2007 at Communications and Information Technologies Commission as the General Manager of Technical Standards and Numbering, where he also headed other committees related to market regulation and liberalization. Subsequently, Mr. Al Nasser joined Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) and became the Chief Operations Officer. Since March 2015 Mr. Al Nasser has been working as STC Senior Vice President for Technology and Operation.
Rami Aslan is the member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Türk Telekom. He serves on the Boards of Türk Telekom Group’s broadband communications and mobile companies “TTNET” and “AVEA”. Mr.Aslan serves also as Chairman of the Board of Directors of several technology companies, including Argela, Innova and Sebit; one of the largest call centers in Turkey“AssisTT” as well as international capacity provider Turk Telekom International Group.
After obtaining his Bachelor degree with a major in Management Information Systems from McGill University in Canada and working for a few years in the IT sector in Ontario, Canada.Mr. Aslan pursued his studies and obtained his MBA degree at McGill in 1997 and later joined TD Bank of Canada Corporate Banking Division covering the Information Technology and Telecommunications Sector.He later joined Citigroup where he worked mainly covering the sector out of London, and later Bahrain and Dubai. Mr. Aslan joined the Dubai based Oger Group in 2005.During his nine years with Oger, Mr. Aslan oversaw the share transfer period following the privatization of Türk Telekom in November 2005 and has later taken the helm of the CEO and Executive Board Member of Oger Telecom Ltd. in Dubai.In December 2013, Mr. Aslan took over the Türk Telekom Group CEO role and has started the recent transformation and integration initiatives in the Türk Telekom Group Companies. He resigned from his CEO position as of August 31, 2016.
