Türk Telekom's fintech company, TT Ödeme (TT Payment), adds value to its customers and the industry with its innovative and reliable payment solutions

TT Ödeme received its payment license in January 2017 and continues to enhance its services and products including the Türk Telekom Mobile Payment.

Pokus was launched in June 2022 to provide the best fintech products and services with innovative solutions as an operator-independent payment solution and e-wallet application accessible to all users in Türkiye. By integrating Pokus into the Türk Telekom ecosystem, TT Ödeme aims to strengthen the product's market position by enabling the widespread usage of the application and make it a part of daily life.

Innovative Solutions in Digital Payments

In 2025, with TT Ödeme, we focused on both regulatory compliance and strengthening user trust by prioritising investments in innovative technologies and infrastructure developments. By focusing on improving the current payment experience and low-cost solutions, our company achieved an 84% growth in annual transaction volume driven by infrastructure and process improvements it made in its Mobile Payment product.

The transaction volume of the Express Account feature, the core driver of the Pokus e-money application, increased by 32% in 2025, strengthening TT Ödeme’s growth momentum. In line with our strategy of creating synergy across Türk Telekom Group Companies, we aim to make the customer experience more attractive by implementing measures to remove the Mobile Payment fee for TivibuGo and Muud payments. With the Mobile Payment product, we also increased service diversity by launching new services in different categories.

In 2025, as in the previous year, demand for TT Ödeme’s mobile payment solutions showed a significant increase. With Türk Telekom Mobile Payment’s innovative solutions and development strategies, mobile payment usage grew in all areas.

Pokus, TT Ödeme’s digital e-money solution, rapidly gained popularity in 2025. There were significant increases in the use of Pokus Card and e-money applications:

  • Transaction volume increased by 43%
  • Number of transactions increased by 35%
  • Balance loading amount increased by 45% (*based on individual users).
  • Troy Card Transaction Volume reached 12% of the total volume.
