Seamless Global Connectivity and New Projects

2025 was a year full of strategic partnerships and technological progress that further strengthened Türk Telekom International’s (TTI) position in global market. Efforts aligned with the Türk Telekom Group’s global vision played a key role in adapting to market dynamics and enhancing its competitive edge in the international telecommunications sector. TTI strengthened its partnerships with the Türk Telekom Group by increasing its IP capacity and providing services to large-scale customers such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Cloudflare. In 2025, TTI increased the visibility of its global services by providing infrastructure for international sporting events such as Formula 1 and MotoGP. In addition, an agreement with Azerbaijan enabled access to Far East traffic via the Zengezur corridor.

Advanced Strategic Partnerships and Global Integration in LTE/5G Non-Standalone (NSA) Roaming Services

Türk Telekom International has begun offering LTE/5G NSA roaming services of equivalent quality to those provided by leading global operators such as Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) and Telekom Italia Sparkle (TIS). Türk Telekom International successfully initiated LTE/5G NSA roaming service agreements through peering interconnections with operators that require signalling providers for roaming services, such as China Mobile Group. This enables TT Mobil users to enjoy a faster and uninterrupted experience in international data roaming, significantly increasing customer satisfaction. This optimisation of international data traffic has reinforced Türk Telekom’s strength in global mobile services while also elevating the user experience to a higher level.

Increased Revenue and Competitive Strength through Expansion of the Direct Peering Ecosystem

The implementation of direct peering connections in 2024 further solidified Türk Telekom International’s market position in the international arena. Some large-scale international operators that were not previously designated as preferred operators positioned Türk Telekom as their preferred operator in Türkiye, contributing to revenue growth. This success led to a significant increase in Türk Telekom’s international roaming revenues while also boosting its competitiveness in the global telecommunications market.

In 2025, TT International increased the number of preferred operators by adding new direct peering connections, thereby enhancing efficiency and driving revenue growth in international traffic flows. These new connections, which played a key role in sustaining financial growth, further strengthened TT International’s credibility and preference among its global business partners.

Developments in LTE/5G NSA roaming services and direct peering agreements continue to make a significant contribution to Türk Telekom’s technological infrastructure and financial sustainability.
